Insurance company now has been billed for final recoverable depreciation. Draft mailed again to mortgage company. 3-4 Months now transpired, sorry there busy? Now wedge being driven between Client, Contractor and Insurance Company. Mortgage company happy happy they get to hold Contactors money for 3-4 months.
